Weekly education classes
Jewish education (Chinuch) is the transmission of the tenets, principles and religious laws of Judaism. Due to its emphasis on Torah study , many have commented that Judaism is characterised by "lifelong learning" that extends to adults as much as it does to children. At BHHC we are committed to education at all levels.
Nursery
BHHC host the Torah Academy Nursery which caters for young children up to infant school age. It is a proper state-monitored professionally run Nursery with a structured national standards curriculum and policies and operates along Montessori lines.
Cheder
A Cheder is a traditional elementary school teaching the basics of Judaism, Jewish moral values and pride together with the Hebrew language. BHHC Cheder has three classes ranging from age 5 to barmitzvah / batmitzvah age. We have accomplished and qualified teachers who are committed to providing the highest quality of new and modern teaching. Our cheder currently services the needs of two other affiliated regional organizations.
Adult Education
We support a communal continuing program involving shiurim, discussion group and talks. Details of individual events will be posted periodically on this site
